DeleteDefinitely good things. Summer is so full of them. We were lucky enough to find wild raspberries yesterday too. And your photo of the flowers is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIt is, I so love summer :) The wild raspberries this year are everywhere, we are having so much fun picking and eating. Thank you.
Deleteoh what a list! I just love it...
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful list... many of my enjoyments are similar... it has just been a GOOD summer!
ReplyDeleteI would just add : A ton of fresh dirt squishing through my fingers and between my toes! :-)
xo Have a beautiful week-end my friend!
Thanks Yanic! Glad you are enjoying that dirt :)
DeleteThose all are very good things!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteBeautiful photos and wonderful inspiration. Love the joy you have.
ReplyDeleteAwe, thank you.
DeleteThose flowers are gorgeous! And the berries...and the laundry. (You know I love laundry hanging on a line...)
ReplyDeleteWe harvested our garlic this weekend, too. I scrambled to do it on Saturday because the forecast called for rain Saturday night & Sunday...but it stayed dry. I ran a bit short of what I needed for the year (I think we ran out in March or April), so I've been using grocery store garlic for the last couple of months & I am *so* looking forward to having the good stuff on hand again! xo
Thank you, all of them are from the backyard :) The berries are amazing, we are so lucky this year, the wild raspberries are just amazing and so abundant.
DeleteWe ran out too, around February this year. Hoping this gets us close to next year's harvest time. Only time will tell.
Great list Kim. I am enjoying the sound of the ocean and the call of sea birds, sand under my feet. The feel of garden soil in my hands. Fresh fruit and vegetables at every meal, lazy, hot summer afternoon naps under the ceiling fan and living quietly and simply, just the way I like it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tracey. And your list is wonderful too!
Deletepretty flowers and look at the raspberries!! wow! ours are done but now the blackberries are ready. Love that they are taking turns this year :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen. The raspberries are awesome this year, and we are picking them by the bowlful every few days. We are thinking we might have one more pick, fingers crossed. Blackberries, lucky you. Ours won't be ready for a few more weeks, but we are keeping our eyes on them :)
DeleteWonderful! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you. xo

ReplyDeleteOh exciting, are you planning to share soon? It has actually been windy, rainy and cold here too, but summer returns by Thursday :) xo
DeleteGood things, beautiful things. Again you echo our home. So many of your 'good things' are happening around here right now. Be well.
