Welcome, my name is Kim, Waldorf homeschooling mama to one, writer, nature lover, dreamer and lover of all things handmade.
I live in rural Ontario with my son, Reece. Together we live a simple, but full family life, living close to the earth and her seasons. Our home, the one I dreamed of, is an old one room schoolhouse built in 1878. It is small, but cozy and filled with history and love. On our little piece of land we enjoy growing our own food and medicine, raising chickens, and creating as much as we can from reclaimed/recycled materials. We enjoy the great outdoors and are working to deepen our connection to nature.
We not only live on this land, but we work here too. Our homestead, Life At Nature's Pace, hosts workshops and camps for all ages, children to adults, where we share with others our love for the natural world, and the experiences we have gained living a slow, and simple life.
I am grateful for this simple, yet full life we lead, and count my blessings every day.
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy your visit.
