{This Moment}

{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see. Inspired by Soulemama.

  1. Was that the foraging bag? That seems like a bag full of yummies if it is!
    I cheated this week and added a little description to mine.
    Here is the link if you feel like stopping by!

    1. Haha, no, this was on Earth Day. It is the bag of garbage collected on just a little part of the road we walk every day. Just doing our little part to keep the earth clean.

  6. This must be for Earth Day. So wonderful that you're teaching him at a young age to take care of Mother Earth. My kids know how I feel about litter. I still see people throw things out of their car windows sometimes and it makes me cringe. The future of this earth is in our children's hands. Have a wonderful weekend!! : )

    1. It was! I cringe here too when I see it, and now my little man does as well :) He was really saddened at how much garbage we collected. Here's hoping these little ones can make a difference, our world needs them.

  8. We've done community clean up several times over the past month. I'm astounded at how much garbage we continue to find! I can't believe people actually continue to litter. It doesn't make sense to me.

    Bless your little one for helping out.

    Wishing you a lovely weekend full of amazing moments.

    1. It is pretty amazing isn't it. We live rurally and we find the ditches get used regularly for dumping. It is really very sad.

      Thank you, you too!

  16. Well done! I've been wanting to do this with my children, too. It's a shame that when the snow melts you have to see all the garbage lying around. I hate it. Bless you for taking a part in cleaning up our earth.

  17. Is Reece doing trash pickup? It's it so sad that people use the side of the road as a trash can? Makes me so mad!

    1. He is Tracey. We cleaned up part of the road we walk every day. We had hoped to get it all cleaned up but sadly there was just too much. We will do more this week. He was a little upset about all the trash.

      Same to you. xo
