Happy Earth Day!
Great peeks!
ReplyDeleteWow! I can't believe it's warm enough to eat outside at your place. How wonderful... It would finally be warm enough here today, but it's pouring. LOL! At least the rest of the snow is melting at an alarming rate. Weee!

Have a great day!
Thanks. It was beautiful yesterday, and yes, eating outside was on the priority list. We managed two meals outside and it was wonderful. Today, it is a little cooler and raining, so most likely not gonna happen. But soon we will be eating three meals a day outside and we can't wait!
DeleteThanks for playing along :)
What beautiful pictures! We spent almost all day outside yesterday. Still a little chilly to eat out there but cannot wait for that day to come! Soon! Happy Earth day to you too! :-)
ReplyDeleteHere's the peeks of my day: http://ihappyree.blogspot.com/2014/04/morningnoonnight.html
Thank you! Us too, it was so beautiful and so nice to be outside for the entire day. Thanks for joining in :)
DeleteSnow free ground and there is your first toad of the season. Spring has Sprung! Hooray! You have a lovely fire pit area (or do you call that something else.. it's not really a fire pit.. fire oven?) We spent the other day outside as well. BTW sunburn season is also back. Be well and wear a hat ;)
ReplyDeleteYes, finally! We call that our fire place on the back deck :) And we have a real fire pit as well, out by the little cottage, as we call it. Yes, there were hats on heads yesterday, summer hats, not winter hats :)
DeleteThanks for playing along, have a great day!
Great! You got to eat outside! Looks like you are finally warming up. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteWe did and yes, finally warming up.
DeleteThat looks like a great day, love your toad and your fire place.
ReplyDeleteIt was! Reece loved that toad too, and the fire place..one of my favourite things about our back deck :)
DeleteYay for eating outside!! And that looks like a perfect frog. :)
ReplyDeleteYou can say that again! It was pretty perfect, only it was a toad :)
DeleteWhat a neat little frog (or is it a toad) ? :) I remember as a kid heading down to our wash/riverbed near our house. We would come home with buckets of teeny tiny frogs every spring and have froggy races.
ReplyDeleteIt is a toad :) I did the same as a kid, so many found memories, and so happy to be making them with Reece now.
Deleteisn't it nice to eat outside!!?? Love your shoes and it looks like you have wee feet. We had blue skies over the weekend and now we are back to clouds...
ReplyDeleteYou bet it is and we really enjoyed it :) Not that wee, average I think, at a size 7. We have clouds now too, with just little peeks of sunshine, oh and snow, yes we had snow this morning.
DeleteWhat a lovely day! Here we are having some quite boring rainy day..let's hope spring will come back soon!Ps: you have dinner at 5.30 pm?
ReplyDeleteThank you. We do have dinner every night at 5:30pm. We find it works best for the littlest member of our family and gives us time after dinner for a walk before the bedtime rhythm gets started. I know that is early for many people, but it works for us :)
DeleteHere's hoping spring comes your way again soon.
Isn't it fabulous being able to be outside for so many hours and not require tons of layers anymore?! Love that ya'll got to have dinner outside too! xo
ReplyDeleteYES!! We are totally enjoying the less layers, without a doubt.
