{This Moment}

{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see. Inspired by Soulemama.

  2. He looks so little! They finally cut the corn fields here, it is such a relief to be able to see around the corner of country roads again:-)

    Our moment is our oldest lagging behind as she enjoys cat's cradle on our walk.

  4. Oh my gosh! That is insanely cool! This must have been so much fun. It's been a decade since we have been through a corn field. I mean, our pumpkin patches here are in parking lots! O.o

  6. Oh, so much fun! We went this summer as well and I loved watching the kids sneak through little secret trails through the corn, off the main path.

    1. I think this might be a late planting of corn, because most the fields are already plowed. I think this one goes in specifically for the maze. Happy weekend to you too!

  13. Ohhhh are these mazes a little scary too? I imagine they're like walking amongst our paddocks of sugar cane. You hear every little noise, things scurrying around, and the wind makes an eerie sound through the leaves?

  14. Such a cool shot! He looks very confident! I didn't realize it was a maze until I read others' comments - the green and height of the corn makes me miss September - all the fields are full of sad brown nubbins now.
