Yarn Along

The Christmas knitting is coming along nicely. I finished up the cowl, and am really pleased with it. I love the colours and think it will look great on the person it has been knit for.  I will be casting on another one this weekend.

I have also been working on the Milo this week, and just the other night cast on another scarf.

My reading is still focused on doula reading, but I did manage to finish off Taproot, and it was amazing, yet again. I also picked up another magazine I really like, The Green Parent, from the UK and have read a few articles.

What have you been knitting and reading this week?

  6. Beautiful colours and knitting!

Once I get the chance, I'll look into getting a copy of Taproot. Oh, another UK magazine that you might like is called Juno (if you haven't already heard of/read it before).

    Happy knitting :)

  10. Hello Kim,
I saw your comment on my blog today, saying you would like to check out 'The Mother' magazine. I would love to send them to you when I'm finished reading them. Would you like to send your mailing address to my e-mail? (tarynkae21{at}yahoo{dot}com)
Then I can send them to you when I'm finished. :) I was just wondering who to pass them along to when I was done reading. :)

    Love, Taryn

  13. Beautiful yarn choices. I especially love the last one. I know it's the least colorful, but I love the way the grey and white work together. You're so inspiring. I can't wait to pick up some knitting again when I get the chance. :)
