Reece was pretty excited about our plans for the pine cones and couldn't wait to get started. I dug out the supplies and we got to it. I really didn't explain too much, I just started working on my own spider and let Reece either follow or do his own thing. We had a great time and made up four spiders. Three of them are hanging in front of a window and the last one has decided to join the nature table.
I think there will be more pine cone spiders in the days to come.
Oh, and when I got back from a trail run later in the day I was surprised to see our nature table spider had created a little web...oh cool!
I love this idea! We collected a ton of pine cones & made a fall twig wreathe, but I might have to make some spiders with our leftovers! :) You are such a fun Mama Kim :) Reece must have such a blast with you everyday :)
