This weekend was:
:: a lovely morning visit with my first doula baby and his mama
:: an afternoon drive north to view the beautiful changing colours of the season
:: a quiet evening on the couch knitting, drinking tea and chatting with my best friend
:: an early morning run, then pumpkin french toast
:: a family hike
:: a lovely dinner, just the three of us, sharing our gratitude before our meal
:: another quiet evening with a little more knitting
Today will bring a little more time in nature with another little hike, some gardening - the garlic will go in the ground and the strawberries will be put to bed for the winter, some yard clean up and hopefully a quiet afternoon by the fire and a little family crafting.
Wishing all my Canadian friends a Happy Thanksgiving.
