{This Moment}

{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see. Inspired by Soulemama.

Reece and I were the only ones brave enough to hit the trails on this -19 degree morning. It was cold, but the sun was shining, so we bundled up, headed out and came back refreshed and grateful.

    Hey, I have a chance, 30%, of snow next Wednesday! I know it's not much, but it's a chance.

  4. We're not quite brave enough to go outside when the temperature is in the negatives! The little one in our family is 19 months, so we'd rather stay inside and cuddle when the numbers drop : ) Looks like a lovely day for a walk, though, so pretty in the snow! Have a happy weekend!

    1. Yes, little ones don't need to head out in the cold. It was a nice day and we were bundled up so well we didn't even feel the cold.

  5. Beautiful photo. Good for you for bundling up and getting out.

    I had a mom moment this week. My youngest daughter and three of her friends came home from college. We had a great time on the ice. http://robinfollette.com/this-moment-ice-fishing/

  10. I wish we had some snow too but last Monday actually felt like spring (which was lovely too!). We even found the first daffodil shoots looking out of the ground...well, it's Ireland after all. :)
