These Days

These days we are:

~ waking with the sun

~ spending our days outside

~ enjoying our meals on the back deck with the fire burning and the birds singing

~ putting in more raised beds

~ planting seeds

~ planning for a tree house in the old apple tree

~ spending a lot of time on the swings

~ hanging laundry again, hello sunshine and warmer temperatures

~ playing in the woods

~ reading about gardening, both the big people and the little people

~ searching the bird guide for the new birds visiting our yard

~ watching the world around us come alive

~ living life and enjoying every moment of it

What are you up to these days?

    1. Thanks Meryl, they have been cut down in and around our forest for various reasons by the hydro company or the gravel pits. I think Justin had to harvest a few.

We have been busy with company, meetings, adventures and too much! It has been fun, but I am looking forward to a few weeks from now when life will hopefully slow down a bit!

Sounds busy, hoping the slow down in a few weeks brings you time to sit back and relax.

  14. Looks like you have been very, very busy. I need to get movin' ;) But isn't it lovely to have these spring days bringing us more and more out of doors. And you look like you are well prepared for some wonderful evenings around a fire! Thank you for this glimpse as you transition to the seasons upon us.
