Thanks Karen. The table has been with us since the beginning, a gift we bought ourselves with the money we received when we got married. We do so much around that table, and I considered it the heart of our home.
Thanks, I am too, although Reece was a tad bit more excited than I was :) He was so happy to thread them and see them hanging in our home. He saved a few too and made a few ornaments to send off to friends :)
What sweet little stars. And I love love love that cup! Speaking of trees I still wear the necklace you sent me almost everyday. It's such a part of me now!
Thanks KC, those stars were lots of fun to make, from the carding, dying, wet felting and then stringing...so much fun!
Those mugs were a gift from my mom about 4 or 5 years ago, and I love them, they are so me :) That is wonderful, and makes me so very happy to hear. xo
I'm so curious about the first photo... care to share? Those stars are truly darling. When Little Miss will be a few years older, I really want to give felting a try. I've run the idea by her and for now, not her bag. Such a cozy scene, that last one... I want a wood burning stove so badly. Give it a few years! :-)
Sure, that would be my yoga mat, and exercise band. Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning I do resistance training, yoga and meditation in the dark, early morning hours.
You know that is wet felting right, not needle felting. I haven't met a little one yet who didn't enjoy wet felting...felt, water and lots of soap bubbles, it doesn't get much better.
Looks like there's much goodness being created! xo
ReplyDeleteYes, always creating here :)
Deletelove the day in the life of your table. My kitchen is the hub of activity until after dinner :)

ReplyDeleteThanks Sally, and yes, we are ready for winter, and a little hibernation :)

haha! That is what I thought at first, but then someone mentioned the "day in the life of your table" so I figured I got it wrong. :-)
DeleteOooh! That is awesome... I will definitely look into that, thanks!
You are welcome, I am sure she will love it, and so will you! I usually can't stop once I get started :)
