I have noticed it.
A new sparkle
in his eyes.
It comes in moments of excitement,
joy and happiness.
It has the power
to melt my heart.
The strength
to change
the course of my day.
It is contagious,
this sparkle.
I let it spread,
and welcome the feeling
of innocence,
pure joy,
and love it brings.
This sparkle is different,
giving me a hint
he sees things differently,
with more passion
for life
and all it has to offer him.
He takes it all in,
and
the sparkle
appears,
filling his eyes
and my heart.
Just beautiful...
