This is an amazing photo! I love it.What a gorgeous setting. And beautiful words you added too.
Thank you Jen. It is a lovely trail that we don't visit that often, and he were both so happy to be there this week.
he looks so big in this pic. and what a wonderful setting - that path is just asking to be run along!
He is growing like a weed Aimee, and eating like crazy :) It is a beautiful trail, and it was a joy to walk in the woods there this week.
Just a beautiful spot and capture... There is a beauty and an ache to these pictures. Watching them walk ahead, growing in height and confidence... but walking away slowly. I love taking pictures of my babies like this. I see I'm not the only one. :-)have a wonderful week-end my dear!
Thank you, my friend. I try to focus on the beauty of them, because the alternative is an ache that is much to deep to handle. When this little being came into my life, I promised I would let him walk his own path, moving along his journey in his own way. It isn't always easy, but goodness it is amazing to witness it, to be fully present and mindful of him and his journey, and to watch as he makes his way in this world. Such a blessing.Nope, not the only one, I have photos just like this of him from the very beginning :)Thank you, we did! Hope you did too!
What a beautiful forest walk, looks so restoring for the soul.
It was very restorative Sally, and as always, so nice to spend time in the woods with my little man.
Motherhood is an amazing journey! Not always easy, but definitely worth it!
Yes, so worth it :)
this is absolutely gorgeous.
Thank you Jenny :)
that's such a treasure you give us to see, you and your son, and the way you take it!
Aw, thank you my friend. xo
Oh what a gorgeous path - it looks very inviting!
It is a gorgeous trail Carie, and going this week reminded me that we need to visit it more often.
Love that he is "journeying" in the photo and you are with him on his journey through life :)
