{This Moment}

{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.

If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see. Inspired by Soulemama.

  1. Some ice skating fun! Our girls have been begging us to take them but I think it will have to be a daddy-daughter trip because I am a too pregnant to do such things! Happy Friday!

    1. Thanks! It isn't our pond, we were at a friends place. We had shoveled a nice oval around the outside, then my hubby started to shovel a few paths in the center for the kids to play in. It is a pretty big pond so not sure if they will shovel it all.

  10. Looks like fun!

    My oldest daughter sat on the ice for three weeks worth of skating lessons because nobody would pick her up. She finally gave in and learned but boy was she stubborn.

  17. I didn't see this on friday as I didn't even open my computer. It gave me a little giggle. Once in Colorado I was walking by a stream in the middle of the winter and fell through thin ice. Holy moly that was so cold I thought my blood froze. I'm glad he didn't have that worry!

    1. It was pretty cute :) I can just imagine how cold that was, not fun. And no we didn't have to worry about that here, this ice was 7 inches thick.
