    1. It was good Tracey. That one is peaches, mixed berries, mixed greens, a banana, hemp seeds, chia seeds, half an avocado and coconut water. So much goodness in a glass :)

  4. A beautiful and varied day. How nice to be able to visit the beach whenever you want. We are as far from an ocean as you can get. Be well.

    1. It is wonderful to be right on the beach and enjoying the ocean every day. I love the water, and it feels so right to be near it.

  5. What a wonderful day! I have never been much of an ocean person (probably because we never went as a kid) but I'm really dreaming about it lately.
Here's my post for the day.

    1. It is wonderful. While I didn't grow up by the ocean, I did grow up by the Great Lakes, and just being by water is awesome.

      Thanks for joining in.

    1. They certainly were :) It was a nice day yesterday. It hasn't been hot, but warm enough for pants and long sleeves, which is much better than snowsuits and boots.

      Thanks for playing along.

  7. Are you still at the beach? You lucky duck, soak in all that goodness whilst you are still there :)
Are you planning on the morning, noon and night posts being a regular feature? Will they appear on the same day? I'm thinking it might be a good prompt to get me taking some more photos. Seeing l'm not doing Project Life this year, it feels like l haven't taken ANY photos so far.
    Be well Kim. xx

  10. Looks like Myrtle Beach is the place to be! We camped there a few years ago and had a great time. Though we did it in the middle of the summer, which made it slightly more humid than we would've liked!

    1. It is a pretty great place. I used to go as a kid, every August for two weeks, so many memories and so much fun!
