Ah, you're still enjoying garden fare! Beautiful. My kids love sidewalk chalk!
We are, from the fall/winter garden. So good!
I miss the sidewalk chalk days.....lovely weather you are having!
It is so fun watching them create with the chalk. Last week Shelby, our dog, was laying on the walkway and Reece traced her. When she got up, he coloured it in, and added all the details. It was awesome! We are enjoying some great weather, coming to an end today though. Snow in the forecast for the weekend....although it won't last.
looks like another wonderful day !!!
It was. I am pretty darn lucky to get to spend my days with these two great kiddos :)
You cannot go wrong with sidewalk chalk! There has been much drawing with it lately thanks to all these lovely autumn days we've had! What are you making in the final picture?! Looks like the beginnings of something yummy! xo
We go through phases with it here, right now they are loving it :) That was the beginning of dutch oven bread. It was set to rise overnight and then baked this morning. So good! xo
I love that you do this Kim and I've written myself a note so I can participate next week, I always remember too late. Last photo, making bread?
Thanks Tracey, it will be wonderful to have you play along. You are right, dutch oven bread :)
Mmmm... fresh veggies, homemade bread and a bit of sidewalk art. can't think of a better day really! :-) Wishing you many more like it this week. xox
I know, and there was a little knitting in the afternoon, and some sewing in the evening. It was a pretty darn good day :)Thank you. xo
Give me all those greens! I need to eat them right now. I'm watching slowly and patiently sort of for my greens to grow. They are about the length of my pinky finger. I am hoping this coming week with cooler weather that they will grow faster.
I wish I could my friend. If you lived next door, I would make up a basket and bring it on over :) These ones are from the cold frame and tunnels...everything is growing so well out there. Enjoy those greens when they are ready.
Looks like your Winter garden is on track? Great chalking there too.
It is, and we are enjoying every little bit of food it gives us :)
