Gratitude


~ for the sound of leaves crunching beneath my feet

~ for the beauty and glory of autumn


~ for the healing power of nature

~ for the love and support of friends and family


~ for my little man, and the joy he brings to my life

~ for creating the time and space to do the things that make me happy


~ for slow and simple days

~ for the courage to dream

  1. Such wonderful things to be grateful for. Happy Thanksgiving to you. I am grateful for many of the same things, at this time of year especially, I am grateful for a roof over my head and given what is happening in many parts of the world a safe place to call home.

  12. Just beautiful! You know, my youngest spent some time outside with her journal today and made a list of sounds she heard that she would miss if she were deaf (she is reading about Helen Keller right now) and the crunching of the autumn leaves under foot was top of her list. It would be top of mine as well and I see it tops yours. Looks like autumn has started off well for you!
