A few weeks ago the lovely Tracey shared a little link to a blog swap. I hopped on over to check it out and entered my name immediately. This one was a little different from ones I have done in the past. Usually we swap handmade items, this time we were swapping things made in our country. Pretty cool!
I was hooked up with Emily over at Mousy Brown's House, who lives in Wales, and this week I received the package she sent. Can you see all the goodies that were sent over to me? A lovely tea towel with Welsh translations, a Welsh cookbook, some rocks and shells from their favourite beach, some lovely yarn dyed by Emily, tea, homemade soap and a lovely little handmade brooch. If you know me at all you know I was swooning over this lovely package.
I haven't shared the package I put together for Emily, I want it to be a surprise for her. I do hope she likes it.
Thanks Emily for being a great swap partner and big thanks to Vibeke for organizing the swap.

DeleteI truly did Emily, thanks again. And yes, I do have plans to one day visit your beautiful country, my parents were there two years ago for a wedding and told me I would love it. One day...
