ReplyDeleteThanks KC! Hope you are having the most wonderful time. xo
DeleteSounds like you had a nice week. Personally, I am glad it's just about over since I was really sick all week. Haven't felt this bad in a very long time and am finally starting to feel better after getting a steroid shot and antibiotics. Not fun... Have a wonderful weekend!

DeleteHappy Weekend to you too Kim!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Erica!
DeleteOoh that courgette bread sounds delicious I bought some from the farmers market this morning, I think a bit might just end up in bread. How do you freeze yours, I have never tried that before? A lovely post Kim, hope you are having a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteFrom all reports the zucchini bread is delicious :)
DeleteI shred my zucchini and freeze them in 1 cup piles on a cookie sheet. Once they are frozen I transfer them to ziploc bags. When I need zucchini I just pull a pile out and it's ready to go. Hope that helps.
Thank you, having a wonderful weekend, and hope you are too.
Great, thanks! I will give that a go later in the year :)
DeleteNo problem, happy to share :)
