I finished up the fingerless mitts for my friend and managed to cast on and cast off her cowl. I am hoping to drop them off to her later today or tomorrow.
Once I finished up the cowl I promptly cast on a little something for myself. This is an easy and fun knit, and promises to be just what I need to keep me warm on these very cold days we are experiencing right now.
On the reading front I picked up a magazine that has been sitting in the to read pile for two months. I always enjoy reading this one and this time was no different. I am still enjoying Use Your Words and getting back into my doula reading.
What are you knitting and reading?
Joining in with Ginny and Nicole.
You're knitting up a storm!
ReplyDeleteThat scarf you're knitting for yourself might be something I'd like to try as well, I'd crochet it, but I mean that it's a loop.
Have a wonderful day!
I am definitely trying :)
DeleteYou are knitting with a furry! I should have posted today but I've been so busy with my mom and vacationing an all. I cast on a tiny tea leaves for V and have been working though that. Last week I cast on and cast off a hat for D in three days, record for me! Next week I will post it when I have nice pictures of everything! Have a great day.
