{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words -
capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary

ReplyDeleteIt could be, but it wasn't :)
DeleteLove this! I guess because I grew up in the south, I always associate hot weather with the beach, so to me, this contrast is so cool. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks Melissa.
DeleteI never tire at seeing the vastness of a body of water be it sea or lake. Lovely photo-serene and calming.

ReplyDeleteThanks Jennie :)
DeleteThere is something sweetly melancholy about this photo... it really makes me stop and wonder what is going through his mind, as he faces the big wide sea. Lovely moment. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeletePS - wanted to add: he looks like he does his 'big thinking' by the sea - like so many of us. I posted about that 'ocean effect' just the other day...

If that's the case, maybe Reece is hatching a plan for world peace? :)
Great post! And yes maybe he is hatching a plan...we will see :)
DeleteThis could easily be a shot of here in Scotland - looks very similar and just as cold! Our family loves the shore this time of year though too; it can be very mesmerizing.
ReplyDeleteI bet is does look similar, and yes cold! We love heading to the shore any time of year, but in the winter it just feels so different, mesmerizing for sure.
DeleteI've never been to a beach during the winter with snow on the ground and was just wondering the other day what it looks like. Thanks for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteNow you know :) Happy to share.
