This week we have been:
:: enjoying the warm November temperatures
:: spending as much time outside as we can
:: anticipating the arrival of winter this weekend - yes snow is in the forecast!
:: baking ginger cookies
:: making beeswax ornaments
:: crafting beaded snowflakes
:: finalizing the gift giving lists
:: listening to Christmas music
:: planning our festive activities leading up to Christmas
It has been a full, fun week at our little homestead and we are looking forward to the excitement and joy the holiday season brings.
To all my American friends, I wish you a day full of gratitude, joy and laughter with those you love. Happy Thanksgiving!
Oh my gosh, I love the ornaments! We've made ones like those before but I'm loving yours way better! Something about them just seems much more magical than the way we have made them. I think we shall try a variety of beads like you used when we make them soon!
